We decided in this TPE to explode the myths and discern the mysteries of the effervescence of champagne.

 

            Firstly, we will present the origins of champagne andwhy there are bubbles, and then we will help you to discover the life of a champagne bubble, from its nucleation to the bursting phenomenon without forgetting the ascent of the bubble. Further on, we will observe together the varying factors that can affect the bubble, directly or indirectly. Finally, on a lighter note, we will unveil the truth about champagne from the "conventional wisdom" concerning these bubbles.
